PERFORMATHON 2019
Dear Sponsor,
The Little Falls School of Music and Arts, Inc. a not-for-profit music school, is hosting its
18th Annual Performathon on Saturday, February 8th. This is our major fund raising event that allows us to offer scholarships and merit awards to our students. It also enables us to fund the school’s new programs. Our students of all ages and abilities study piano, woodwind, violin and guitar. At this event, the students perform continuously from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. In previous years we have raised over $1500 at this one event. With your key support as sponsors, we will again reach our goal. All the proceeds benefit the school and our students.
In the past we have produced a souvenir advertising booklet for the event. After reviewing the costs of design and printing for this booklet we decided to try something different this year. Sponsors will be acknowledged in a listing to be included with every program handed out to our 90 students and their families (grandparents, uncles, etc.) It is also available all year long for students and patrons to take home while visiting the studio. If the sponsor is a business, the listing will include the nature of the business, location, and contact information; essentially an ad without graphics. All business sponsors will be acknowledged on our website
www.LittleFallsSchoolofMusic.org A $30-54 contribution entitles you to a basic website listing (no hyperlinks). Those who contribute $50 - $89 will have a six month link from our website; contributors of $90 or more will have a one year link.
Some people prefer to advertise their business and support their community with donations of merchandise. The generosity of our merchants has allowed us to present some spectacular raffles and delicious food sales at our event. We always have a lot of fun with it and are able to raise additional funds which also help us to reach our goals. Thank you! Donors of merchandise will be acknowledged at the event and listed in the program.
Please consider supporting the students’ efforts through a sponsorship of our event.
Kindly fill out and return the enclosed form together with your payment before January 10th. Your support is much appreciated. If you have any questions please contact the school at 518-758-6000. Leave a message and we will return your call.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Event Chair
P.S. Have you ever considered taking instrument or voice lessons yourself? We have students of all ages with varying skill levels. It is never too late to start! See our website www.LittleFallsSchoolofMusic.org.
